Second Cup Coffee Co. will continue to provide services for professional staff members in the TACC in your department. We would like to invite you and your team to be part of our pilot program for delivering food and beverages.
How does this work?

- Enjoy your delicious beverages and treats
How to order?
All orders for beverages/ treats/meals must be placed via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. They must be sent 1 hour prior to the agreed delivery service time.
For example, if your department delivery time schedule is 0900, your request must be in by 0800; otherwise, the order will be pushed to the next delivery schedule time, which can be many hours later.
How to receive orders?
All deliveries will be dropped off at the department reception desk or designated area with the purchaser’s name on the product.
When is the delivery time?
The delivery time will be set up as per agreement.
How to pay?
- Credit Cards (Visa, MC and American Express)
- Debit Cards (from major Canadian financial institutions)
- Second Cup Gift Cards
- No Cash Transactions
- No “I Owe You”
Second Cup staff will be bringing payment devices and providing detailed receipts per transaction.

Are there additional charges for delivery?
There are no service charges during the pilot program. However, a $30 minimum group order would be appreciated (ideally a beverage + treat per person in a group of 5).
